I'm very sorry to hear of Jeff's passing.  He was very bright, athletic and iintelligent.  He always very kind to me.  During our school days, he lived about a block away, and when he noticed that I had (once again!) forgotten to ride my bike home from Cumberland, he would stop by our house to let me know I needed to go back and get it.  And, amazingly, never teased me about being a space cadet.

I am so very sad to learn about Jeff's passing.  We were not in the same crowd in High School but he was always a sweet guy and I enjoyed reconnecting during the reunions.  Covid kept me from the last one, so I'm not sure if he was there or not.  Either way, he was always a lot of fun and a very kind man.  He will be missed at the next reunion!  My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

I'm so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. I lived two doors down from him on Berkeley Blvd., when we were in elementary school through my sophomore year in Whitefish Bay High.  It was back in the day when we all knew our neighbors and played with the kids on the street. My Prayers for his family during this time  🙏

I am so sad to hear about Jeff's passing. I feel like I knew him my whole at least through High School. His parents were very good friends of my parents. He was always sweet to me. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I have great memories of Jeff from Cumberland days. Our walk through Cumberland at our 50th reunion showcased his amazing memory for details from our childhood. Jeff was kind, a great athlete, and a good friend.

So sad to see this. Jeff was a really great guy. I just got back from SF on Monday. I wish I could’ve been at his memorial.

One more thing. Fourth grade Jeff tried to do the impossible. He brought me home to his house on Berkeley after school and tried to show me how to hit a baseball. Needles to say, I was no Eddie Matthews, but he really tried.

I remember when Jeff got up for "show and tell" in 1954 in kindergarden to annouce he now had twin little brothers , Jackie and Dickie.I was in his class every year from morning kindergarten thru 8th grade , and I can honestly say he didn't have a mean bone in his body. Never picked on anyone. He just carried himself like an adult from early on. God rest his soul.
